Author’s Note: One of my mixed-media collages was recently accepted for an art exhibition featuring local artists & organized by a new collective comprised of some of those artists… The name of this collective (which we call S.P.A.C.E.) stands for Sanctuary for Polk’s Arts, Culture, & Education & “The Big Bang” was the first official show put together by S.P.A.C.E.
